As part of the Perimenopause Rebellion™ experience, we’ll be taking a group field trip to Menopause The Musical in Las Vegas.
This isn’t just for fun (though it absolutely is).
It’s an opportunity to:
Because menopause is serious — but it’s also human.
And sometimes, the most profound shifts happen when we laugh together.

Perimenopause doesn’t just create symptoms — it creates a profound sense of losing control. Women describe feeling as though their minds no longer work the way they used to, their emotions are unpredictable, their bodies unfamiliar and unreliable. Sleep disappears, weight changes despite “doing everything right,” anxiety spikes, confidence collapses, and libido shifts in ways that strain even strong relationships. Women who have built businesses, raised families, carried responsibility for decades suddenly find themselves struggling to function at the level they once did — and terrified by it. Many genuinely fear they are “losing their mind.” They arrive in therapy exhausted, ashamed, overwhelmed, and asking why no one warned them this could happen. For decades, women have been expected to endure this transition quietly, manage it privately, and minimise its impact. That era is ending. Women are no longer willing to disappear through one of the most profound neurological, emotional, and identity shifts of their lives.
WHY THIS MATTERS NOW
Every year, over 2 million women in the United States alone enter perimenopause, and globally tens of millions begin this transition annually. This is not a niche population — it is a growing majority of adult women, many of whom are professionals, leaders, mothers, carers, and decision-makers. They are not just looking for information; they are looking for someone who understands how identity, emotion, nervous system regulation, sexuality, and meaning intersect during this transition. Medicine often treats symptoms in isolation. Therapy often misses the hormonal and neurological context. This is where hypnotherapists are uniquely positioned to help. We work directly with perception, safety, identity, emotional regulation, and subconscious patterning — precisely the areas most disrupted during perimenopause. And women are actively searching for practitioners who can hold the whole picture. Hypnotherapists trained in menopause-informed work are still rare, and demand is already outpacing supply. The women you will work with are not five years away. They are already in your sessions, already struggling, already asking better questions. This training is about being ready to meet them — clinically, emotionally, and professionally.
Specialising in menopause-informed hypnosis does not just deepen your clinical work — it strengthens your practice. Women navigating perimenopause are highly motivated to seek support, tend to engage in longer-term therapeutic work, and value practitioners who truly understand their experience. This training allows you to position yourself clearly in a rapidly expanding field, respond confidently to client needs you are already encountering, and build a practice rooted in relevance, integrity, and real demand — rather than trend-chasing or constant reinvention.
Women are not quietly tolerating inadequate care anymore. They are speaking openly, researching obsessively, and seeking practitioners who can meet them with understanding rather than dismissal.
This moment matters. If you work with women — or if women are already finding their way into your sessions — this training is about being prepared to meet them with skill, confidence, and compassion.

Kaz Riley is a recognised expert in sexual health hypnosis, an award-winning hypnotherapist, and a best-selling author — but she’ll be the first to tell you that titles aren’t what matter most.
She often jokes:
“I’m not really a trainer who practices — I’m a coalface hypnotherapist who sometimes teaches.”
And that distinction is at the heart of this training.
Kaz continues to work directly with clients, week in and week out, supporting women through issues of sexuality, identity, confidence, shame, nervous system dysregulation, and midlife transition. The work you learn in Perimenopause Rebellion is not theoretical, aspirational, or pulled from a textbook — it is drawn from hundreds of hours of real clinical sessions with real women navigating this exact stage of life.
Her golden rule of teaching is simple:
She only teaches what she actually does — and only what has been tested, refined, and proven in practice.
This certification is quietly but firmly grounded in:
Kaz is known for teaching the conversations many practitioners avoid — sexuality, desire, shame, power, grief, and identity — with warmth, clarity, humour, and professional safety. Her teaching style is human, intelligent, and immediately applicable, helping practitioners feel more confident, more grounded, and more capable in the therapy room.
Students consistently describe her trainings as:
This training is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about becoming better equipped to meet the women who are already sitting in front of you.

Do I need prior training in menopause or women’s health?
No. This certification is designed to give you a clear, grounded understanding of perimenopause and menopause, regardless of your prior exposure. Everything is taught in a way that is accessible, clinically relevant, and immediately usable.
Is this medical training?
No. This is a hypnosis-based, mind–body certification. Medical pathways (including HRT) are discussed to support informed conversations and ethical collaboration, not to replace medical care.
Is this training suitable for men?
Yes. While the content speaks strongly to women’s lived experience, all genders are welcome. Menopause affects partners, relationships, and families — and male practitioners play an important role in this work.
Will this help my existing practice?
Yes. Perimenopause is already showing up in therapy rooms under many presenting issues — anxiety, sleep, confidence, libido, identity, and relationship strain. This training helps you recognise and work with it confidently.
Is this trauma-informed?
Yes. The training is grounded in nervous system safety, emotional regulation, and ethical scope of practice throughout.
Is the training recorded or available online?
No. This is an in-person certification only and will not be recorded. The depth of this work requires presence, interaction, and live practice.
How many hours is the training?
This is a 3-day immersive certification totalling approximately 20 hours of training.
Will I receive a certification?
Yes. Participants who complete the full training will receive certification as a Perimenopause Rebellion Specialist.
